The best example of the Aquilonian dance I could find quickly in youtube. The first one, the clip has two.

Dedicated to my own little Thracia, whose combat abilities are based off of this (excellent) anime. Talking about it made me look at the pretty pictures on the internets and then I stumbled across thing english dub of Ophelia awakening (it's a long story)... I actually like this a lot in english, despite normally preferring japanese...

This one is dedicated to our Madam. It's no suprise that Phoe is bad to the bone, if this is how you learn English in The Netherlands.
I'd like to add that in my experience, Netherlands probably have the highest standarts (in Europe) in teaching english as a secondary language. Dutches speaks, reads and writes English very well. Phoe's vocabulary and spelling is a living proff of that.
